STREET DANCE
UDO Street Dance Classes go through the foundations of street dance in a way that is easy to follow and understand for all children and provides a fun and inclusive space for all.
Street Dance, also informally referred to as street, is an umbrella term which encompasses a range of dance styles characterised by descriptions such as hip hop, funk and breakdancing. Its eclectic nature has spawned a whole new street dance lexicon.
Our Street Dance Classes cover the following styles in the year and is a great stepping stone to eventually taking the UDO Syllabus Exam Classes.
Hip Hop (old school/new school), Popping, Locking, House, Breakdancing, Krumping, Voguing, Waacking, Afrobeat, Dancehall.
Accessible at WSO Centre of Excellence in Performance and Theatre Tech. and our After School Activities Network.
